Our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is our promise that we will not disclose your invention to others, outside Beagle Patents and the U.S. Patent Office. And that we will not try to use your invention for our own personal gain. You should try to get a signed NDA from everyone that you disclose your invention to. Please download and save our NDA. Once you do this, you can feel safe disclosing your invention to Beagle Patents. Click on one of the NDA links above to download. Below is the text of our NDA: NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)
This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is effective as of the download date of this NDA by any person visiting Beagle-Patents.com. The Disclosing Party is the visitor of Beagle-Patents that downloaded this NDA and discloses their invention to Beagle Patents. The Receiving Party is Beagle Patents of 2806 Fletcher St, Salem, VA 24153 and all persons and entities associated with Beagle Patents.
Beagle Patents acknowledges that they have received Confidential Information from the Disclosing Party. Beagle Patents swears and affirms that they will NOT disclose the Confidential Information to anyone outside of Beagle Patents. Beagle Patents further swears and affirms that they will NOT use any of the Confidential Information for their own personal gain. Beagle Patents agrees to only use the Confidential Information to help the Disclosing Party obtain a U.S. Patent. Beagle Patents further agrees to hold and maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and for the sole benefit of the Disclosing Party.
This NDA shall remain in effect until the Disclosing Party provides written notice to the Receiving Party that that releases the Receiving Party from the non-disclosure provisions of the NDA.
